ANDERSON M-DEXTRIΝ PURE MALTODEXTRIN 600G

M-Dextrin is an energizing supplement made from Maltodextrins (19 D.E.). Dextrose Equivalent (D.E.) is a complexity scale of various maltodextrins and generally ranges from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 20. As a general rule, the higher the Dextrose Equivalent value is, the shorter polysaccharide chains are and so absorption and utilization modalities will be faster. Digestion takes too long when assuming carbohydrates with other aliments during workout, depriving energies from other physiological processes. For this reason, carbohydrates and especially maltodextrins are assumed with food supplements; maltodextrins, in fact, taken during workout or a competition, ensure a constant supply of energy, maintaining blood glucose relatively stable.
Maltodextrins main advantages, compared to carbohydrates contained in food, are:
Neutral taste;
Solubility in water;
Easy assimilation even in case of enzyme deficiency;
Low salt content;
Development of a lower osmotic pressure compared to low molecular weight simple carbohydrates, which means a more rapid gastric emptying (faster absorption).

GENSAN IPOTONIC ADHOC PLUS RED ORANGE 480gr

IPOTONIC ADHOC Plus thanks to its balanced composition of mineral salts and carbohydrates, it ensures rapid recovery of micronutrients.
IPOTONIC was formulated specifically for maintaining the body's hydrosaline balance. Sweat contains a quantity of salts lower than blood and is therefore less concentrated (hypotonic).
The lost water and salts must therefore be replaced with drinks at the right, hypotonic, concentration, which must be therefore close to the concentration of sweat.
