Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. In addition, it contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
How to use: Shake well before using. One spray 30-60 minutes before sleeping, preferably sublingually or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. For jet lag relief, to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination.
