Medical device PharmaLEAD Burn Spray is a hydrogel containing hyaluronic acid and plant excipients. It creates a protective plastic film on the top of the wound which accelerates the healing process.
Indication:
PharmaLEAD Burn Spray is intended to treat minor home burns – superficial and superficial partial-thickness burns - and to treat skin after excessive sunbathing.
Characteristics of superficial burns (Combustio erythematosa): Redness of burnt area and intact epidermis. The healing process lasts several days and there are no after-effects.
Characteristics of superficial partial-thickness burns (Superficial Combustio bullosa): Redness of burnt area and blisters. Only superficial damage of epidermis and dermis occurs and the burns are fully and without after-effects healed if treated correctly.
PharmaLEAD Burn Spray creates a protective plastic film on the top of the burn. The film prevents the wound from drying out, enables a natural wound respiration and it is sealed against moisture and microorganisms from the external environment. High contents of water, hyaluronic acid and excipients cool down and soothe the burnt area. It also keeps optimally moisturized environment that helps accelerate regeneration. The layer of PharmaLEAD Burn Spray is being renewed on the burn until it is completely healed.
