Thick & Easy
Thick & Easy is an excellent thickening agent whose composition is based on modified starch.
Adding it to food or liquids (hot or cold water or any juice) results in a homogeneous gel composition suitable for patients with swallowing problems (eg after stroke, patients with Parkinson's, neurological dysfunction following an accident or from disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.).

 Also suitable for children over 3 years.
It can be used, if properly maintained, up to two years after opening.
