ALMA B12 is a vitamin B12 supplement (Methylcobalamin) that aims to supplement B12’s daily B12 needs after oral administration.

Description
It contains, in addition to vitamin B12 and rice bark powder, that the capsule can be encapsulated and the capsule is vegetative (Vegan).
Vitamin B12 helps:
In the normal functioning of the nervous system
In normal psychological function
In the normal formation of red blood cells
In the normal functioning of the immune system
The normal metabolism of homocysteine
In reducing fatigue and fatigue
In the normal process of cell division and metabolic processes associated with energy production
The following factors represent the main causes of vitamin B12 deficiency:
Malfunction, irritation, inflammation of the stomach desire leads to a deficiency of the endogenous factor. Also, gastritis, Crohn’s disease, chronic enteritis, chronic diarrhea, and pancreatic disease result in an abnormal stomach lining, resulting in not enough transport protein or gastric acid. The usability of vitamin B12 is then limited or partly no longer possible. The same applies to a malignant membrane of the small intestine. This may significantly reduce the absorption potential of cobalamin. People with damaged or inflammation in the stomach or intestinal lining of the small intestine can suffer from severe vitamin B12 deficiency, although their intake of food is usually sufficient.
Alcohol and drug use. Breaking alcohol and drugs requires a lot of vitamin B12 and, more importantly, it causes tension in the stomach and the liver. This can lead to decreased production of the endogenous agent and insufficient resorption to the intestine.
Diet with foods that do not contain enough vitamin B12 (most common in vegetarians and vegans) – malnutrition.
Increased demand for vitamin B12 caused by other factors such as heavy metals, toxins, drugs and injuries.
Worms / parasites. In particular, the tapes consume large amounts of vitamin B12. There is insufficient supply, while the worm remains in the body.
(Partial) resection of the stomach as a result of an operation.
Age. Often, the elderly develop a weaker stomach epithelium. A deficiency of vitamin B12 is usually the reason for fatigue, memory loss and depressed mood among the elderly.
Medication. Contraceptive medicines containing estrogen and hormone supplementation, diabetes medicines (ACE), high blood pressure medications (ACE), cardiac arrhythmia (beta blockers, nitrate sprays, nitroglycerin), cholesterol lowering drugs and inappropriate treatments.
Liver disease (storage and transport problems).
Another aspect is that initial symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency may resemble those of excessive blood sugar levels (nervousness, extreme hunger attacks, difficulty concentrating, aggression, irritability, sudden mood changes). This process also uses the trace elements manganese, chromium and zinc, along with the important magnesium, which in turn has an indirect negative effect on vitamins B. This is because of the important role they play in enhancing the use of B vitamins: manganese, for example, helps the processes of vitamin B1.
